When you decide to attend a school, the first thing you have to ask is how are the teachers? Teachers play an important role in education. If the teacher is high in quality, you may be sure that you will get fine education. But if you have low quality teachers, you will not obtain better education. This is the rule.
Unfortunately, fewer students want to be teachers. Becoming a teacher will not guarantee you good prosperity. Arif Rahman said that only low rank students right now who want to be teacher. It�s a bad news. A country is determined by the education. If the education is terrible, you�ll see that the country is poor.
So what can we do crack this problem? The common reason why the smart students don�t want to be teacher is that you�ll not get much money by becoming a teacher. To attract brainy students to become a teacher, teachers must be paid more. Today, teachers are only paid with some money that is not sufficient to carry out their daily needs. But teachers actually have to cover hard obligation. In the future, if we want to have high quality teachers we must give them good salary. This is a rule.
