FROM THEM WE LEARN

A quite poor mother bore a baby in Niderwald, Swiss, 1850. The baby was named Cesar Ritz. The baby, then, grew up in this poor farmer family. Generally, they who were born in a destitute family will not be effectual people. But the man who was called Ritz is dissimilar. He created a Gold Standard in hotel service which is called as Ritzy or Putting on the Ritz.
How did Ritz live his life? He firstly failed in becoming mathematician. His father sent him, once again, to city to learn about how to concoct wine. Instead, he worked in a hotel which had double bookkeeping entries to avoided tax and had bad management. But from the bad hotel he got a lesson; how important a costumer was in supporting business achievement.
Retreating from a hotel which he worked in before, he established his own hotel business. He saved to buy an old house in Paris which was then renovated for two years. Before reaching 48 years old, Ritz had had 210 rooms hotel. He named the hotel he built, The Ritz.
Now, the Ritz hotel spreads out from Dubai to Dallas. From Shanghai to Santiago. In 2011, the Ritz hotel targets to have 100 luxurious hotel network all around the world. Dont forget that this was started by a child which was born by a poor farmer family.
